Our role

Amenle is an insurance brokerage service in Lebanon. We help you apply for Fire & Burglary or Motor Third Party Liability cover. A licensed Lebanese partner insurance company underwrites and issues the policy; Amenle does not itself issue insurance policies. The insurer's final policy wording, schedule, limits, exclusions and conditions govern your cover.

Quotes and your application

Prices and benefits shown during the application are based on the information you give us and may be subject to verification and the insurer's acceptance. Answer accurately and completely, check any details filled from uploaded documents, and tell us if anything changes before the policy is issued. Incorrect or missing information can affect acceptance, premium, or a claim.

Payment and start of cover

Submitting a payment reference is not confirmation that payment has been received. We verify your Whish or OMT payment and send your application to the insurer. Cover is not immediate: it begins on the confirmed start date, no earlier than 24 hours after payment confirmation, subject to the insurer accepting the risk. Until payment and cover are confirmed, do not assume you are insured.

After the insurer issues your policy, we make the official document available to you. Your policy document states the exact cover period and terms. If your application is declined, we will contact you about next steps and any payment due back.

Cancellation, refunds and claims

If you want to cancel, contact us promptly. Once the policy has been issued, a refund request must reach us within 24 hours of issuance; later requests are not eligible under our refund policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For a loss or claim, follow the notification and claims instructions in your issued policy and contact us promptly. The insurer decides claims according to the policy terms.

Applicable law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law or replaces the terms of your issued insurance policy.
